Justin Bieber has made his opinions on the Taylor Swift versus Kim and Kanye feud crystal clear.
The 22-year-old singer firmly sided with Kanye West when he took to social media in the early hours of Tuesday morning, sharing a screen grab of a Face Time session with the rapper.
Throwing some serious shade at the pop princess, Bieber cheekily captioned the black and white image, 'Taylor Swift what up', sending twitter into a meltdown in the process.
Bieber, who is currently holidaying in Hawaii, can be seen peeking out from the bottom of the screen, while Kanye and two male friends appear above. The cut-throat post sees Bieber cement his allegiance to the New Slaves hit maker following his row with Taylor after she denied approving the lyrics of his song Famous.
Justin's fans were quick to respond, chiming in with cries of 'Savage', 'Oh no you didn't', and 'Lmfao'.However, numerous fans were unimpressed with his public diss, exclaiming, 'I thought u have a heart (sic)' and 'petty'.
And things soon spiralled out of control on social media, with fans sharing funny memes about the situation as#TaylorSwiftWhatUp began trending on Twitter.
Taylor has been constantly inundated with comments and 'snake' emojis in the wake of the feud, and was even maliciously renamed 'Slithering Snake Becky With The Good Lies' after her Wikipedia page was hacked.
Many of the Twitter reactions referenced this, with one person sharing a picture of Justin posing with a reptile and joking, 'Who remembers the time when Justin took a photo with Taylor Swift? #TaylorSwiftWhatUp','How to end a Snake Squad"#TaylorSwiftWhatUp', another posted, alongside a snap of Bieber partying with Kanye and Kim.
Kim and Kanye's feud went nuclear after keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kim took to Snapchat last month to share footage of her husband talking to Taylor about his track - in which he raps about wanting to have sex with the pop star.
It prompted Taylor to hit back and insists he never 'approved' the song because she wasn't aware of the full lyrical content, which described her as a 'b***h'.Clearly upset the Bad Blood hitmaker wrote: 'Where is the video of Kanye telling me he was going to call me 'that b***h' in his song?'It doesn't exist because it never happened. You don't get to control someone's emotional response to being called 'that b***h' in front of the entire world.
She continued: 'Of course I wanted to like the song. I wanted us to have a friendly relationship. He promised to play the song for me, but he never did.'While I wanted to be supportive of Kanye on the phone call, you cannot 'approve' a song you haven't heard.
Being falsely painted as a liar when I was never given the full story or played any part of the song is character assassination. She concluded: 'I would very much like to be excluded from this narrative, one that I have never asked to be part of, since 2009.'In the caption Taylor wrote: 'That moment when Kanye West secretly records your phone call, then Kim posts it on the internet.' Kim's Snapchat came shortly after she tweeted a thinly veiled message about Taylor.'Wait it's legit National Snake Day?!?!? They have holidays for everybody, I mean everything these days!' she wrote followed by numerous snake emojis.
